This 62sqm home was a labour of love for 321 Build as it was also our home. From our own design, hard work and beautiful finishes, each element was created and executed to fine detail.
From the polished concrete floors, custom handmade bar with a weathered steel exterior and black heart sassafras top, to the glass floor and rooftop deck. A huge project with a satisfying end result.

The project uses an innovative new wall system by Dincel Structural Walling. It’s efficient, cost-effective, waterproof and a great insulator for the Tasmanian climate.
