Starting from a vacant block, we collaborated with Jody & Lindsay, and Smeekes Drafting to carefully create their perfect forever home.
The house features three bedrooms, a lounge, and living areas, with a beautiful open-plan kitchen and dining space that leads out to a covered alfresco entertaining zone.
Expansive windows and highlight panels fill the interior with natural light, while thoughtful insulation and design harness the sun’s warmth throughout the year. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a spacious entryway and a cleverly crafted kitchen, where a curved island bench serves as a central highlight, offering generous storage and seamless flow.
Curved designs extend into the bathrooms, with stylish vanities and mirrors echoing the home’s theme. Ample storage, crisp white walls, elegant hybrid flooring, and plush carpeting complete the look.
Working with Jody and Lindsay to bring their vision to life was truly rewarding.
