Recently we embarked on the renovation of a Maydena property that presented unique challenges from the outset.
The house initially featured only a few standing walls, lacked a kitchen and bathroom, and contained an old fireplace. Adding to the complexity, a large hive of bees had taken residence in the roof, and the renovation had been partially started by the previous owner.
With a bare canvas to work from, we collaborated closely with the client Bec, to bring her vision for a dream kitchen and bathroom to life.
Every aspect of the design was kept simple and functional, with each element thoughtfully planned and installed to meet expectations. The result was a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining friends and family, and a luxurious bathroom designed for relaxation and comfort.
The beehive was removed, a new roof, windows and external cladding installed and of course new plumbing and electrical throughout.
Bec was a delight to work alongside throughout the project. Together, a space was created that she truly loves, transforming the house into a welcoming home.
