I used 321 Build for my kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilet renovations. This was my first renovation project which was made easy by Aaron’s communication throughout each stage of the project. The homeowners wanted a modern upgrade that honoured the home’s character while improving everyday usability and together we created a fresh, cohesive and beautifully finished renovation.
As is common in many older properties, asbestos was found in the kitchen and laundry floor tiles.
As part of the job, our team arranged for professional asbestos removal, ensuring the home was safe and ready for renovation before any construction work began.
The renovation included a new kitchen that blends contemporary design with practical features, including accent white velvet cabinetry panels, soft-close drawers and doors, matte black handles and a Marmo Di Monte Smooth benchtop.
This modern design palette continues into the laundry, creating a seamless flow between the two spaces. And the fixtures and fittings were carefully selected to maximise storage, improve functionality and elevate the style of the laundry.
As part of the renovation, the original bathroom and toilet were completely stripped back and redesigned to suit today’s lifestyle. The upgraded new space now includes a spacious shower area, a luxurious bath, modern tiles throughout, fresh paintwork and updated fixtures and fittings.
The result of the bathroom renovation is a clean, inviting and highly functional bathroom that feels brand new.
And to complete the renovation, all windows throughout the home were replaced to improve energy efficiency, natural light and street appeal. This also gave the exterior a much-needed facelift, enhancing both the street appeal of the home and comfort.
