Project Description

In collaboration with Preston Lane Architects we revitalised this early 1900’s residence, utilising high-quality materials sourced from local suppliers and a reliable team of skilled tradespeople. Resulting in an impressive transformation.

The age of the property bought unexpected challenges including the lack of foundational footings, structural roof supports, original plumbing documentation, uneven flooring and walls, and the presence of asbestos and many other surprises.

These challenges required quick problem-solving and adaptability – a process the team embraced throughout this major renovation.

The upgraded home now features three spacious bedrooms, a main bathroom and ensuite renovations, multiple living areas including lounge, living and dining, office, an expansive kitchen renovation, laundry renovation, and a sunken lounge area fitted with a built-in fireplace, ducted heating and cooling throughout and smart home capabilities.

Strategically positioned windows and skylights flood the house with natural light, while custom built oversized sliding glass door, seamlessly connects the interior to an outdoor entertaining area.

Designed for both practicality and elegance, 321 Build has delivered consistent high-quality workmanship, turning ambition into reality with meticulous attention to detail.

It’s been a privilege to partner with Jess, Simon, Calvin and Preston Lane Architects on this project, creating a unique home they can truly enjoy.
